She was able to accommodate my request with just a few days notice, and customized the cake to perfection as if she'd read my mind. Thank you Rosy for making such a special cake, it really made my sisters 21st birthday all the more memorable,

Rosy was very accommodating and talented. In the future, I think I would choose a Dominican cake for a moister cake but her guava filling was top notch. The chocolate cake was very moist. The caramel filling was a mix with vanilla so not all caramel but not bad. Would repeat service if needed. Thanks Rosy!

Rosy is the best baker I have ever encountered! She is a true artist and creates any design that you want plus it tastes DIVINE! Every year she has made my baby girl's birthday a hit! People can't stop talking about the cakes:) rosy makes it all and is able to do delicious vegan and fluyeron free or whatever dietary needs are needed.
